Report Your Employers Who Don’t Remit Your SSS Contribution

February 10, 2017 By SSS Answers 2 Comments

If your employer or boss does not remit your SSS contributions, don’t hesitate to report them to SSS!

Don’t be afraid.

You have the right and it’s your right to report them if they miss or if they intentionally don’t pay your SSS contribution.

In a recent news on GMA News TV, Dr. Joel Mendez, a beauty doctor, was allegedly not paying his employees’ SSS contribution.

Because of that, SSS is currently looking for him and he might be put to jail for the violation of RA 8282 Social security Law.

Another report on TV Patrol showed another employers who were also being pursued by the SSS for the same violation.

So if you’re having the same issue. Stand up and fight for your right.

Report your employers if you know that they are not paying your SSS contributions properly and timely.

You may contact SSS to verify your claims or to know if they are really not paying your contributions.

SSS Hotline: 920-6446 to 55

I have salary loan from my previuos company, then my present company deducted me my loan according to the deductable amount. Almost 10 months they deducted me my loan but upon checking my records online, they just paid one month last years. Then i renewed my loan since then i am qualify to renew, my question is what happen to my payment if they will post it after i renew my sss loan? Is that posible also that employer will pay sss loan quarterly or yearly? Then if so what happens to the interest that is the case?
