If your employer or boss does not remit your SSS contributions, don’t hesitate to report them to SSS!
Don’t be afraid.
You have the right and it’s your right to report them if they miss or if they intentionally don’t pay your SSS contribution.
In a recent news on GMA News TV, Dr. Joel Mendez, a beauty doctor, was allegedly not paying his employees’ SSS contribution.
Because of that, SSS is currently looking for him and he might be put to jail for the violation of RA 8282 Social security Law.
Another report on TV Patrol showed another employers who were also being pursued by the SSS for the same violation.
So if you’re having the same issue. Stand up and fight for your right.
Report your employers if you know that they are not paying your SSS contributions properly and timely.
You may contact SSS to verify your claims or to know if they are really not paying your contributions.

Is that posible also that employer will pay sss loan quarterly or yearly? Then if so what happens to the interest that is the case?
