The Philippine Social Security System did not create the online platform for no reason. It’s there to help you access your SSS account information online, without having to go the SSS branch anymore.
My.SSS is easy to access and it’s very convenient. You just need to use your smartphone or computer, connect to the internet, and access the SSS website at the comfort of your home or wherever you may be.
Take note that SSS recommends using Internet Explorer version 11 for optimal viewing and functionality.
9 Easy Steps for SSS Online Registration
Step 1 – Go to SSS Official website at https://sss.gov.ph
Step 2 – Hover your mouse pointer over My.SSS > Registration > Member Registration.
Or, under Member Login, hit Click here below “Not yet registered in My.SSS?”
Step 3 – In the Online Member User ID Registration page, select 1 information in the options below, as reported to SSS to register:
- Savings Account Number / Citibank Cash Card / UBP Quick Card / UMID – ATM Saving Account Number Registered in SSS
- Mobile Number Registered in SSS
- UMID CARD
- Employer ID Number / Household Employer ID Number
- Payment Reference Number / SBR No. / Payment Receipt Transaction Number
Step 4 – Fill out the Online Member User ID Registration Form with all the required information.
You will need to set your preferred User ID in this form. It must be 8-20 characters, first character must be alphabetic and no special characters except underscore allowed.
Step 5 – After you filled out the form with the correct information, enter the captcha and hit the box on the Terms of Service.
Step 6 – Check your email after 30 minutes for the system notification from SSS regarding your SSS online registration.
Step 7 – Once your registration is successful, you will receive an email from SSS (web.notifications@sss.gov.ph) that contains the Activation Link
Step 8 – Click the Activation Link and you will be directed to another page where you will be required to set your Password for My.SSS or the SSS Online Platform.
Follow these guidelines when creating a Password:
- 8-20 Alphanumeric Characters
- First character must be Alphabetic (letter)
- No Special Characters
- Must be different from your User ID
Step 9 – Click Submit. Once Password and Submit Password matched, you will be directed to your My.SSS account
And once you already have your User ID and Password, you will use these info whenever you access your My.SSS account.
Why you should access the My.SSS Account?
The My.SSS platform is very useful especially if you want to check your membership information, your SSS contributions, loan statement of account, apply for loan, and many more.
That’s why the Philippine Social Security System encourages all SSS members to sign up and register for My.SSS so that they don’t always have to go to the SSS branch since most of the transactions can now be accessed online.
What to do if the Online Registration is Unsuccessful?
If your online registration to My.SSS is unsuccessful, you will be asked another registration option or you may try it again.
Or, you may email onlineservicesassistance@sss.gov.ph for further assistance.

Pwede pa po yan. Punta po kayo sa nearest SSS branch para ma-update po ung status ng SSS membership at malaman nyo po ung total number of contributions nyo so far.
