SSS Contribution Table 2023

The Social Security System of the Philippines (SSS) has recently revised the contribution table for the year 2023.

It is important to be aware of the changes in the rates and rules that apply so you can make sure your contributions are up to date.

Knowing the new SSS Contribution Table can also help you estimate how much money you will receive when you file for a benefits claim. By being informed about the latest changes, you can take advantage of the benefits available to you and ensure that your contributions are properly processed.

You can find the updated SSS 2023 Contribution Table here, which contains information about monthly compensation ceilings, employee contribution rates, employer contribution rates, and other important details.

We recommend that you review this table carefully and make sure that your contributions are in line with the new SSS Contribution Table.

This post is updated today, February 25, 2023.

Old SSS Contribution Table

The SSS Contribution Table will guide you on how much you’re supposed to pay for your SSS contributions whether you’re an employer, employee, self-employed, voluntary, OFW, or non-working spouse of SSS members.

Below is the SSS Table of Contribution for Employers, Employees, and Self-Employed members.

While the table below is the SSS Table of Contribution for voluntary, OFW, or non-working spouse of SSS members.

For OFWs, the minimum salary credit is Php5,000. Therefore, the minimum monthly contribution for OFWs is Php 550.

If you can afford to pay the maximum SSS contribution, which is Php 1,760, that will help you in times that you’ll need to avail of any of the SSS Benefits such as SSS Salary Loan, SSS Sickness Benefit, SSS Maternity Benefits, SSS Pension, and other benefits.

Once your SSS account is registered online, you will be able to access your SSS contributions anytime, anywhere. No need to go to the SSS branch each time you need to check your account. You can do it all online.

  • Hi SSS,
The maximum contribution for Employers, Employees, and Self-Employed ( EESE ) is Php 30 / month higher than - For Voluntary, OFWs, and Non-Working Spouse ( VONWS ).
    Herewith are my questions:
    1. In terms of future pension effect, will EESE than VONWS get a higher pension ?
    2. Can VONWS at his/her free will contribute Php 1790 / month rather than the stated Php 1760 / month ?
    2.

    • ooops, let me rephrase Question # 1 -- In terms of future pension effect, will EESE get a higher pension than VONWS ?
