SSS Overseas

List of SSS Overseas Offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

In an effort to bring SSS services closer to its members in Saudi Arabia, the Philippine Social Security System has established three offices in the country which are located in Al Khobar, Jeddah, and Riyadh.

The SSS Overseas Offices in Saudi will help implement the coverage program for Overseas Filipino Workers(OFWs) and provide the following services to existing and new members of the SSS:

  • Registration and issuance of new SSS numbers for members in the regular and Flexi Fund programs
  • Verification of previously issued SSS number
  • Verification of SSS Contributions Summary
  • Verification of loans previously availed (short-term and housing loans)
  • Assisting members in the proper accomplishment of registration and payment forms
  • Receiving and screening of SSS Loan applications(Salary Loans)
  • Receiving of requests for data amendment
  • Receiving and screening of SSS Claim applications(Sickness, Maternity, Disability, Death, Retirement and Funeral claims)
  • Forwarding of requests from members pertaining to the disposition of  their SSS checks
  • Conduct of information dissemination to OFWs in their respective place of work by appointment and with proper coordination with the Philippine Embassy
  • Receive applications for the Unified Multi-Purpose ID

What is the Overseas Filipino Workers Coverage Program

This program covers all OFWs who are 60 years old and below, whether previously a member or not.

The coverage of an OFW takes effect upon payment of the first monthly contribution. The Basis of the monthly contributions will be the monthly earnings (in Philippine Pesos) that the member declared at the time of his or her registration.

How to Register for the Overseas Filipino Workers Coverage Program

In order to register for this program, the member needs to visit the SSS office and secure an Overseas Worker Record Form (SSS Form OW-1).  Fill out the form with the required information and submit with any of the following documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Passport
  • Driver’s license
  • PRC Card
  • Seaman’s Book

How and Where to Pay SSS Contributions and SSS Loan in Saudi

SSS members in Saudi may pay their SSS contributions and loan amortizations through any of the following accredited banks and its foreign tie-ups in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

  • Telemoney Center – PNB and RCBC
  • Tahweel Al Rajhin – BDO
  • Enjaz Remittance – AUB and ABS-CBN
  • Skyfreight (Ventaja International) – Online payment outlet

What are the Benefits of an SSS Member

The Philippine Social Security System offers benefits and loan privileges to its qualified members including:

  • SSS Sickness Benefit
  • SSS Maternity Benefit (for female members)
  • SSS Disability Benefit
  • SSS Retirement Benefit
  • SSS Death Benefit
  • SSS Funeral
  • SSS Loans (Salary Loan, Calamity Loan, Housing Loan, Educational Loan, and Business Loan)

To ensure higher benefits and privileges from the SSS, pay the maximum monthly contributions continuously until you reach your retirement age of either 60 or 65 years old.
