We’re all aware that our country has encountered a lot of calamities and disasters in the past couple of years.
It affected a lot of families and our economy as a whole.
Because of this, many SSS members were not able to pay off their loans with SSS and this is one of the reasons why SSS came up with the Loan Restructuring Program.
According to Boobie Angela A. Ocay, SSS assistant vice-president of SSS,
“The LRP is in response to the widespread clamor from individuals and organizations to alleviate the burden of calamity-stricken workers, who face difficulties in paying their SSS loans after suffering from natural and man-made disasters that have devastated our country in recent years.”
If you’re one of these members who have unpaid loans from SSS, read the details of SSS Loan Restructuring Program here to know if you’re eligible or not:
And if you want to know if your area of residence or work is affected by any of the calamities and disasters below, you may want to check out this list.
If you have an existing loan with SSS and you’re eligible for the SSS Loan Restructuring Program, this is your chance to apply.
Don’t delay.
This program is only available until April 27, 2017.
